This tour was very well organized. The route to the game reserve was about 2-3hours but due to the beautiful route there this time flew by. Once arrived we had a little snack and drink we were off. We saw a lot of animals. zebras, lions, giraffs,... Just didn't saw the elephants which was too bad but it didn't matter because I had a great day. But now for this tour operater, Faziela was very helpful even when I hadn't arrived in Cape Town yet. She gave me a lot of tips, helped me decide on the tours to pick. And Even picked me up for a tour where the pickup wasn't included!! She kept me informed of the several pickup times for all my tours. it's this kind of personal touch that made it extra special and excellent thanks a lot Faz!!
